Responsibilities
- Lead complex customer issue resolution through multi-channel support (phone, email, chat, social)
- Develop and implement proactive retention strategies for high-value accounts
- Train and mentor junior specialists on advanced communication techniques
- Analyze customer feedback to identify systemic improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance service workflows
- Manage escalations with executive-level professionalism and discretion
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using customer metrics (CSAT, NPS)
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer service leadership with proven success metrics
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and data analysis tools
- Exceptional conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Industry certifications (e.g., CCXP) preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
- Spanish fluency required for bilingual support
