- Document interactions accurately and contribute to knowledge base development
- Mentor junior specialists and share best practices during team huddles
- Identify trends in customer feedback to propose service enhancements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume call center/BPO environment
- Fluency in English and Filipino with exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- College degree or relevant vocational certification preferred
