Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with 95%+ customer satisfaction ratings
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and account-related inquiries for multinational clients
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated customer issues
- Meet/exceed KPIs including average handle time and first-contact resolution
- Participate in monthly coaching sessions and quality assurance reviews
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training modules
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide feedback to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in BPO/telecom industry
- Excellent command of English with neutral accent (written and verbal)
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical thinking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- College degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- Basic knowledge of Spanish or Mandarin is a significant advantage
