Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries across multiple channels (voice, chat, email)
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated service issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution times
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in BPO/customer service environment
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal/written)
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- College degree preferred but not required for experienced candidates
- Typing speed minimum 35 WPM with 95% accuracy
