Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (voice, chat, email)
- Resolve escalated issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining SLA compliance
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to team initiatives
- Mentor new agents on best practices and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer journeys
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and feedback sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume call center experience
- Exceptional English communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts (including night shifts)
- College degree preferred or equivalent professional certification
- Experience handling VIP or high-value customer accounts
- Basic knowledge of Spanish or Mandarin is advantageous
