Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case histories in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and escalate systemic issues
- Mentor junior specialists through knowledge sharing and coaching sessions
- Analyze customer feedback trends to drive service improvements
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, response time)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B customer experience experience in SaaS or tech
- Advanced proficiency with Zendesk/Salesforce CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to de-escalate high-stakes situations
- Data-driven mindset with analytical problem-solving abilities
- Experience developing customer training materials
