Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and implement service improvements
- Mentor junior specialists through knowledge sharing and best practices
- Analyze customer feedback trends to drive proactive service enhancements
- Manage escalated issues with empathy and solution-oriented approach
- Develop personalized solutions for high-value client accounts
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems and knowledge base
Qualifications
- 3+ years in B2B customer service with tech industry experience
- Proven ability to de-escalate sensitive situations and resolve conflicts
- Advanced proficiency in Zendesk and Salesforce platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven problem-solving
- Certification in Customer Experience (CCXP) or equivalent preferred
- Spanish language fluency highly desirable
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana)
