Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Identify and escalate systemic issues to drive product/service improvements
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer-centric solutions
- Proactively mentor junior team members through knowledge sharing
- Analyze customer feedback trends to propose actionable enhancements
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for resolution time and satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer service with 2+ years in leadership/specialist roles
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong emotional intelligence
- Proven ability to de-escalate high-stress situations with professionalism
- Data analysis skills with experience using customer metrics
- Industry certification in customer experience (CXCP or CCXP) preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly desirable
