Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries with speed and precision across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction metrics
- Mentor junior team members and conduct quality assurance reviews
- Analyze customer feedback trends to identify service gaps and opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to communicate customer insights and drive product enhancements
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Exceed monthly performance targets for resolution time and satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience with proven track record of high performance
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce or Zendesk)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to de-escalate complex situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience training or mentoring team members preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Looker)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Spanish fluency a significant plus
