Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ resolution rate
- De-escalate sensitive customer situations using proven conflict resolution methodologies
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 100% data accuracy
- Collaborate with product teams to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
- Mentor junior team members on best practices and company protocols
- Analyze customer feedback trends to contribute to quarterly service enhancement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or support roles with SaaS/tech industry preferred
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to convey technical concepts simply
- Certification in conflict resolution or customer experience management (preferred)
- Ability to maintain composure while meeting 25+ daily performance metrics
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Spanish language proficiency (highly desirable)
