Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer interactions across multiple channels (voice, chat, email)
- Resolve complex technical and billing issues with first-contact resolution expertise
- Document cases meticulously using Salesforce and proprietary CRM systems
- Mentor junior agents and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT, AHT, and quality assurance scores
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
- Participate in quarterly training programs to maintain product knowledge
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume call center/BPO environment
- Proven expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Fluent in English with clear neutral accent
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and multitasking capability
- Experience in SaaS or telecommunications industries preferred
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent certification
