Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional omnichannel support via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ customer satisfaction scores
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities using Salesforce and advanced analytics tools
- Develop personalized solutions for enterprise clients requiring technical troubleshooting
- Mentor junior specialists through our peer coaching program
- Analyze customer feedback to drive product improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Product Engineering teams to escalate critical system issues
- Maintain detailed documentation in Zendesk with 99% accuracy
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer service with SaaS or tech industry experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zendesk, and CRM analytics platforms
- Fluency in English with additional language skills highly valued
- Proven track record of resolving complex technical escalations
- Experience implementing process improvements reducing resolution time by 20%+
- Certification in Customer Experience Management (CCXP) preferred
