Responsibilities
- Deliver premium customer support via voice, chat, and email channels
- Resolve complex technical issues with empathy and efficiency
- Exceed performance metrics including CSAT and FCR targets
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless issue resolution
- Mentor junior agents on best practices and compliance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years in high-volume contact center or BPO environment
- Fluent English with neutral accent and clear diction
- Proficient in Windows OS and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Proven track record of exceeding KPIs
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Relevant certification in customer service (preferred)
