Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end customer resolution for complex issues across digital and voice channels
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and propose actionable improvements
- Train and mentor junior team members on advanced communication techniques
- Develop and implement customer success strategies for high-value accounts
- Collaborate with product teams to translate customer insights into feature enhancements
- Monitor and optimize key metrics (CSAT, FCR, NPS) through data-driven analysis

Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer experience experience in SaaS or tech environments
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and analytics tools
- Proven ability to de-escalate high-stakes situations with emotional intelligence
- Strong data analysis skills with experience translating metrics into action
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in Customer Experience Management (CCXP) preferred
- Proficiency in Spanish or another language highly valued
