Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and precision
- Resolve escalated issues efficiently while maintaining service quality standards
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service workflows
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Mentor junior agents to enhance team performance capabilities
- Analyze customer feedback trends to identify service enhancement opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of BPO/call center experience in senior roles
- Proven track record in handling high-volume customer interactions
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical thinking
- Certification in conflict resolution or customer service management preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics)
