Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries through multi-channel support (phone, email, chat) with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Analyze customer feedback patterns to identify service gaps and propose actionable improvements
- Mentor junior team members on advanced conflict resolution and empathy techniques
- Develop and implement streamlined processes for recurring customer pain points
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer insights
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and training material updates
- Monitor service metrics and implement strategies to exceed SLA targets
Qualifications
- 5+ years in high-volume customer service with 2+ years in leadership or mentorship roles
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and analytics tools
- Certification in Customer Experience Management (CCXP) or equivalent preferred
- Proven ability to de-escalate complex situations with emotional intelligence
- Experience implementing customer feedback loops into business processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with multicultural awareness
- Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
