Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and troubleshoot technical concerns.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance KPIs and quality assurance benchmarks.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple digital platforms and CRM software.
- Proven ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and shifting priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on 'first-contact resolution'.
- Ability to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
