Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer interactions across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media) with 95%+ satisfaction metrics
- Resolve escalated technical and billing issues using CRM tools and knowledge base resources
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer lifetime value
- Collaborate with product teams to document feedback and improve service workflows
- Mentor junior specialists through peer training and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and propose service enhancement strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B customer experience experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Advanced proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with demonstrated de-escalation techniques
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written/spoken)
- Certification in Customer Experience Management (CXM) preferred
- Proven ability to maintain composure under pressure during peak demand periods
