- Handle escalated customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ resolution rate
- Develop personalized solutions for complex technical billing and product issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic service gaps
- Mentor junior specialists and contribute to knowledge base documentation
- Analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Implement CRM best practices to optimize customer journey mapping
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume customer service experience in B2B/B2C environments
- Expert proficiency with Zendesk and Salesforce CRM platforms
- Certification in conflict resolution or customer experience management preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations while maintaining composure
- Experience analyzing customer data to drive strategic improvements
- Proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction metrics
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
