Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with first-contact resolution excellence
- Proactively identify and escalate product/service improvement opportunities to product teams
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in Salesforce with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer-centric solutions
- Mentor junior team members on best practices and company protocols
- Analyze customer feedback trends to inform strategic initiatives
- Support high-impact projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer service or experience management roles
- Proven track record of maintaining CSAT scores above 95%
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented during escalations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Experience training and mentoring customer service teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
