Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (voice, chat, email) with empathy and precision
- Mentor junior agents and contribute to team performance improvement initiatives
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions for service enhancement
- Utilize CRM tools to document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues and improve workflows
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume BPO/call center environment
- Proven track record in handling complex customer scenarios with high satisfaction rates
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Certificate in Customer Service Management or equivalent training preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in quality assurance coaching or team leadership is a plus
