Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of BPO/call center experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- College degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
