Responsibilities
- Manage complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to recurring customer pain points
- Mentor junior team members through knowledge-sharing sessions

Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer service with 2+ years in team leadership
- Proven track record of resolving high-impact customer issues
- Advanced proficiency in Zendesk and Salesforce CRM
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in Customer Experience Management (preferred)
- Experience with data analysis tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
