Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer service with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)

- Experience developing customer training materials
- Proficiency in multilingual communication (Spanish preferred)
- Industry certification in Customer Experience (CXCP or CCXP)
