Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ resolution rate
- Mentor junior agents on best practices and escalation protocols
- Analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic issues
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions in CRM systems
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives
- Meet/exceed KPIs for First Contact Resolution and Customer Satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in BPO/Customer Service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced settings
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics)
- Relevant certification in customer service management (advantageous)
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts
