Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with 95%+ resolution rate
- Develop and implement personalized retention strategies for high-value clients
- Analyze customer feedback trends to identify service improvement opportunities
- Mentor junior team members on advanced conflict resolution techniques
- Collaborate with Product team to escalate recurring product issues
- Maintain detailed CRM documentation and performance metrics
- Lead quarterly service process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer service with 2+ years in senior/lead roles
- Proven expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Certification in conflict resolution or customer experience design
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience developing customer journey mapping
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-volume environments
