Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional multi-channel support (email, chat, phone) for premium fintech clients
- Proactively resolve complex account issues and escalate technical escalations to engineering teams
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through personalized solutions
- Analyze customer feedback trends and implement service improvement initiatives
- Train junior agents on CRM systems (Salesforce) and communication protocols
- Collaborate with Product teams to enhance user experience based on customer insights
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in customer service with SaaS/fintech exposure
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms and ticketing systems
- Certification in Customer Experience Management (CX) or equivalent
- Proven track record of resolving high-value client complaints
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
