- Document interactions in CRM systems while identifying process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to escalate recurring issues and implement solutions
- Mentor junior specialists through peer training and knowledge sharing sessions
- Analyze customer feedback trends to enhance service protocols and product offerings
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs including resolution time and customer retention metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume customer service with proven conflict resolution skills
- Advanced proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with emotional intelligence
- Experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to identify trends
- Ability to multitask across multiple communication channels effectively
- Relevant certification (e.g., CCXP, HDI) preferred
