Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex technical issues and product concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback based on customer needs.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and propose actionable solutions to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client success roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
