Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media)
- Resolve complex technical and billing issues with precision and empathy
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer journeys
- Collaborate with product teams to provide critical customer feedback
- Maintain detailed case documentation and CRM records
- Mentor junior specialists on best practices and escalation protocols
- Analyze customer feedback trends to inform service enhancements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume customer service experience in SaaS or tech
- Proven ability to de-escalate sensitive situations with emotional intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and helpdesk tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven problem-solving abilities
- Certification in customer experience management (CXCP or similar) preferred
- Experience training and mentoring customer service teams
- Fluency in English; bilingual (Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged
