- Own end-to-end resolution of complex customer inquiries across digital and voice channels

- Mentor junior specialists through peer coaching and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with product teams to identify service enhancement opportunities
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction and 24-hour resolution SLA
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume customer experience or support leadership roles
- Proven expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and helpdesk systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with documented success stories
- Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative customer data
- Experience implementing customer feedback loops into business processes
- Strong emotional intelligence and cultural competence
- Professional certification in Customer Experience (CXCP) or equivalent
