Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of products/services to provide accurate solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience workflows
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Mentor junior specialists and contribute to training material development
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics including response time and resolution rates
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer service experience with proven success in high-volume environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to de-escalate sensitive situations
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and helpdesk software
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
- Certification in customer service or related field preferred
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluent in English; bilingual (Spanish) skills highly valued
- Experience working in SaaS or technology industry preferred
