Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media)
- Resolve complex technical and billing issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems with precision and detail
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve service quality
- Mentor junior specialists through knowledge sharing and best practices
- Analyze customer feedback trends to drive service improvements
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer service experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proven track record of resolving high-volume complex inquiries
- Advanced proficiency in Zendesk and Salesforce CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with active listening expertise
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during escalations
- Experience coaching/mentoring customer service teams
- Proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
