Responsibilities
- Lead complex customer issue resolution across multiple communication channels (voice, chat, email)
- Mentor junior specialists through peer coaching and knowledge sharing sessions
- Analyze customer interaction data to identify process improvement opportunities
- Implement quality assurance protocols to exceed client SLAs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery models
- Develop and maintain comprehensive customer solution databases
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in customer experience or call center management
- Proven expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Advanced conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Fluency in English and Filipino with neutral accent
- Strong analytical abilities with data interpretation experience
- Industry certifications in CX management preferred
