Responsibilities
- Own complex customer issue resolution across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media)
- Develop and implement proactive retention strategies for high-value accounts
- Analyze customer feedback to identify service gaps and improvement opportunities
- Mentor junior specialists through peer coaching and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance service tools and workflows
- Maintain CSAT scores above 95% and resolution efficiency metrics
- Contribute to quarterly service innovation projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer service/success with SaaS or tech industry experience
- Proven track record of resolving escalations and reducing churn
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven approach with experience using analytics tools
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations while maintaining composure
- Relevant certification (e.g., CCXP, CSM) strongly preferred
