- Lead complex issue resolution for enterprise clients across multiple channels
- Train and mentor junior specialists on advanced conflict resolution techniques
- Analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance service delivery systems
- Champion customer-centric initiatives across departmental boundaries
Qualifications
- 5+ years in high-volume customer service with B2B experience
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and data analysis tools
- Certification in Customer Experience Management (CCXP) or equivalent

- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin required for global clientele
