- Resolve complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Develop personalized solutions for high-value clients while maintaining SLA adherence
- Collaborate with product teams to identify service improvement opportunities
- Mentor junior specialists through knowledge sharing and shadowing programs
- Analyze customer feedback trends to drive strategic enhancements
- Proactively address service gaps with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in B2B customer service with SaaS industry experience
- Proven ability to de-escalate high-stakes situations and retain accounts
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Analytics certification or experience with customer metrics
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and processes
- Spanish bilingual certification (strongly preferred)
