Responsibilities
- Handle 80+ inbound/outbound calls daily with exceptional service quality
- Resolve complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 90% CSAT, <60s AHT, 95% FCR
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to process escalations
- Participate in quarterly improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years BPO/call center experience required
- Fluent English + Filipino with neutral accent
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work night shifts (6 PM - 3 AM)
- Strong problem-solving under pressure
- College degree preferred (not required)
- Willingness to undergo background checks
