Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance service quality
- Maintain detailed documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback
- Train and mentor junior support staff
- Meet/exceed KPIs for CSAT, resolution time, and first-contact resolution
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service leadership role
- Expertise in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Proven conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry preferred
- Certification in Customer Service Excellence (CCSE) or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly valued
