Qualifications
- 3+ years in senior customer service or experience leadership role
- Proven track record of exceeding retention metrics
- Advanced proficiency in Zendesk and Salesforce CRM platforms
- Exceptional conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Data-driven approach to customer insights
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish preferred)
- Experience with SaaS or technology products
- Strong presentation and training abilities
