As a Customer Success Specialist, you will act as the voice of our premium global clients, delivering world-class service that builds brand loyalty and drives positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with high efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying root causes and selecting the best corrective solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and empathy.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for service improvements.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs related to handle time, quality assurance scores, and first-call resolution.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center environment is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college level or degree holders are welcome.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
