Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with 95%+ resolution rate
- Develop and implement personalized retention strategies for high-value accounts
- Analyze customer feedback trends to drive product improvements and process enhancements
- Mentor junior team members on advanced conflict resolution techniques
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to reduce customer churn by 20% annually
- Document and escalate systemic issues using Zendesk and Salesforce CRM
- Contribute to knowledge base creation and SOP updates
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B customer service with SaaS industry experience
- Proven expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk) and data analysis tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with multilingual capabilities
- Certification in Customer Experience Management (CXCP or CCXP preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in de-escalation scenarios
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
