- Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media)
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries with a first-contact resolution rate of 85%+
- Document interactions and identify trends to improve service protocols
- Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback for product enhancements
- Mentor junior team members on best practices and company policies
- Meet key performance metrics including CSAT scores and response times
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to enhance customer journey
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume customer service environments
- Proven track record of resolving complex customer issues
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and helpdesk software
- Exceptional communication skills with active listening abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during high-stakes interactions
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in business or communications
- Experience in B2B SaaS or tech industry highly preferred
