Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats for premium-tier clients
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy and technical precision
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems with 99.5% compliance
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot escalated issues
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through feedback loops
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score metrics
- Mentor new agents during onboarding phase
Qualifications
- 3+ years in BPO/customer service environment
- Fluent English with neutral accent (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask across communication channels
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- College degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCXP)
- Experience in tech/finance support highly valued
