- Resolve escalated customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional first-contact resolution rates
- Develop and implement personalized solutions for enterprise clients using Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with product teams to identify service gaps and improve system workflows
- Mentor junior specialists on best practices and emotional intelligence techniques
- Analyze customer feedback trends to drive strategic improvements in service protocols
- Lead customer retention initiatives for high-value accounts
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume customer service with SaaS or tech industry experience
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk) and ticket management systems
- Proven ability to de-escalate complex situations and maintain composure
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Certification in Customer Service Excellence or equivalent preferred
