Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer inquiries across multiple communication channels (voice, chat, email)
- Resolve escalated issues with empathy and technical precision
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through personalized solutions
- Document interactions using CRM systems while ensuring data accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve systemic issues
- Mentor junior specialists and share best practices
- Analyze call patterns to identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume call center/BPO environment
- Fluent English with exceptional verbal/written communication
- Advanced problem-solving skills in high-pressure scenarios
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- College degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
- Spanish or Mandarin language skills highly advantageous
