Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with 95%+ satisfaction metrics
- Resolve escalated customer issues with first-contact resolution techniques
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Maintain detailed case documentation in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with product teams to reduce recurring customer pain points
- Train new team members on service protocols and tools
- Contribute to weekly service optimization reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proven conflict resolution and de-escalation abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk/Jira)
- Strong analytical skills for identifying trends
- Ability to work independently in remote environments
- Customer service certification (CSCP/CXCP) preferred
