Responsibilities
- Deliver premium multi-channel support via phone, email, and live chat with 95%+ satisfaction ratings
- Proactively resolve complex technical issues and escalations with minimal supervision
- Mentor junior agents through knowledge sharing and peer-to-peer training
- Analyze customer feedback to identify service gaps and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with product teams to reduce recurring customer issues by 20%
- Manage high-value client accounts with personalized retention strategies
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Salesforce and Zendesk analytics
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B/B2C customer service with 2+ years in leadership/specialist roles
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and omnichannel support systems
- Proven ability to de-escalate high-stress situations with emotional intelligence
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with multilingual proficiency a plus
- Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs to optimize service delivery

- Ability to work rotating schedules including weekends and holidays
