Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or BPO environment
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts including weekends
