Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Proactively identify and resolve systemic service issues to improve customer satisfaction metrics
- Mentor junior team members on best practices and emotional intelligence techniques
- Analyze customer feedback trends to recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with product teams to relay customer insights for feature enhancements
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions in Salesforce
- Exceed monthly KPIs for resolution rates (95%+) and CSAT scores (4.8/5)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B customer service experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Certification in conflict resolution or customer experience (e.g., CCXP) preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with multilingual capabilities a plus
- Proven ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Data literacy with experience analyzing customer satisfaction metrics
- Experience developing training materials and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions
